Baked Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

If you are trying to adopt or maintain a healthy, low carb lifestyle brussel sprouts are a great option. Just one cup contains 4 grams of protein and enough vitamin C and vitamin K to meet daily requirements. Try this recipe for a quick, delicious side.

Brussel Sprouts (2lbs)
Olive oil (1/4 Cup)
Balsamic Vinegar
Miley Brands Meat and Veggie Rub (1 tbs+)


Step 1: Set your oven to preheat to 400 degrees.

Step 2: Prep the brussel sprouts – peel off yellow or falling leaves. Cut off ends and cut in half. Do this to all brussel sprouts.

Step 3: Pour 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large bowl. Sprinkle at least 1 tbs of Miley Brands Meat and Veggie Rub into the bowl.

Step 4: Put brussel sprouts into the same bowl and toss them with your hands and mix them up until all brussel sprouts are evenly coated. You should also see seasoning on each brussel sprout (see picture). If you run out of mixture you can always make/add more.
